“Last made in 2019, this comes from the Shaw’s Mountain sub-region of the Overberg and is part of a sublime range of Pinot Noirs from Peter-Allan Finlayson. Fermented with 75% whole bunches, it’s a judicious blend of the 115 and 667 clones with scented, spicy intensity, lots of zip and focus, savoury tannins and flavours of goji berry, pomegranate and orange zest.”
