“A very good example of the style of chardonnay near the Aconcagua coast, in this case, from vineyards planted between 2005 and 2009 about 12 kilometers from the sea. Aged for almost a year in oak (90% in barrels, 10% in foudres), it has a delicious fruity force rich in ripe white fruits, although it’s also seasoned with spices and herbs. The sensation of refreshing acidity accompanies the wine till the end. A perfect white for cream of oyster soup.”

“Classy nose displaying honeyed scents, with toasty and nutty aromas over tropical fruit and ripe red apples. Full on the palate.”
