“2021 was a cooler and rainier year with higher acidity, so some wines went through (partial) malolactic. The 2021 Albariño – Tradición spent one year in foudre and another six months in stainless steel and has a more developed nose with notes of tropical fruit, yellow plums and quince. It has a vibrant palate with 13% alcohol, a pH of 3.1 and eight grams of acidity, coming through as very dry and medium-bodied.”
