“Aromas of laurel, pears and hints of green olives. The palate is attractive and flavorful, intense and agile, timid but with personality and poise. This comes from Bucelas, a tiny 135-hectare appellation, where only arinto is allowed. Fermented in a combination of French oak casks and stainless steel. Aged for 9 months in a combination of different French oak vessels.”
