“This Single Vineyard comes from a selection of the highest vineyards (more exposed to sea breezes) on the winery’s property on the granite hills of Garzón. In this case, the soils are very poor, with low yields, which produce few highly concentrated grapes. If we add to all this a dry year, with low kilos per plant, we have this dense little monster, with a concentration that we had not seen in this wine. It is juicy, it has not lost its freshness, but the ripe and succulent fruit flavours seem to have gone to lift weights at the gym. Not to be missed.”

“Inviting nose, showing beautiful scents of citrus fruit, peaches, green olives and salty undertones. Zesty and saline on the palate.”
