This became rosé by ‘a little accident’. It’s mainly 2017 with about 10% reserve wines which have been systematically set aside since they started making sparkling wine in 2012. 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir that was riper than Michael Brajkovich realised so that at disgorgement in May 2022, after four years on lees, they played around with adding a little red wine. They also experimented with different dosage levels and settled on 6 g/l which seems more successful than slightly lower levels previously. All this information is on the back label.
