Viosinho, Arinto, Rabigato and Gouveio grapes grown on the Quinta do Sairrão estate, at 600 m in the Cima Corgo region on schist soils. Short pre-fermentation cool maceration. Fermented in tank, no malo, 50% aged in new 500-litre French oak for 6 months.
“Pure aroma of fresh pears, creamy, chewy, with a salty-sour freshness. Textured by a slight grip, bone dry, becoming more chewy as it warms up in the glass. Should age well in the bottle.”
