“The rosé 2023 Les Prunes has a bright pink color, floral aromas and citrus notes (orange peel and grapefruit). It is intense and expressive, with good acidity and freshness (a pH of 3.16). It matured in 2,600-liter clay tinajas for six months. It’s intense and serious, with a moderate 11.8% alcohol, a balanced mouthfeel and a chalky finish. The 2023s are elegant and clean, with very nice balance and freshness, quite harmonious.”
